Abstract:The interactive effect between the tourism industries and event industries is natural phenomenon. In terms of the practices and tendency of the development of international events and tourism industry, there is a gradual integration of tourism industry and events Industry. Events, conferences, exhibitions, performances, competition and tourism are becoming ever more interdependent. The Era of Tourism is approaching. In chemistry, a catalyst is a substance that causes a chemical reaction to take place more quickly. The effect brought about by the catalyst is thus called catalyst effect. Catalyst can be both tangible and intangible. The event is just like an intangible catalyst that enhances the local tourism image as well as facilitates the comprehensive development of the local society. What has been stated above is the essence of events Catalytic effect. Maternal effect, as the name suggests, is a situation where the phenotype of an organism is determined not only by the environment it experiences and its genotype, but also by the environment and phenotype of its mother. Human society, at the same time, witness the existence of the maternal effect. In other words, the matrix will give birth to the new arrivals and offer them support in order to further their growth. Nonetheless, the understanding of the interactive effects and interactive pathways of events and tourism industry remains to be further explored. In the first place, the article will put forward the idea of the interactions of the events industry and the tourism industry from the perspective of the branding interactions, the service interactions, the passengers source interactions, and resources interactions, Next comes the deep and further analysis of the internal mechanisms by means of the two theories, namely, Catalytic effect and Maternal effect. At last, the article analyzes the interactive effect and conceives the path of interactive development for the events industry and tourism industry.
